  5. Our contract

    When you place an order to purchase a product from My Irish Books, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order, if you have provided us with your valid email address
  6. Returns/Cooling off

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. You are also entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. When we have received the returned items in good condition, we will refund you in full.
  7. Customs

    When ordering goods from www.myirishbooks.com or www.myirishbooks.ie for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
