Risteard is a teacher, translator and writer. He has written several textbooks for secondary students, most notably the Turas series with Educate.ie. He loves playing music and singing badly – which is why in Mo Chuid Amhráin Ghaeilge we thought it best to leave it to the professionals! Risteard is committed to the promotion of Irish language and culture and hopes that you will see this reflected in our song books.
