Postage and Packing

We try and minimise our delivery charges whilst getting our products to you as fast as possible. Unfortunately, however, we have encountered a lot of problems with non-registered post so have set registered post as default.

Orders to Ireland and Europe are sent via An Post.

For countries outside of Ireland, please choose between standard or registered post. Please note that standard post can take up to 7 weeks for some customers outside of Europe. Also note that our board books weigh between 255g and 420g and need to be appropriately packaged.

Delivery timeframe

Please allow one week delivery for Ireland, two for the UK, and three-four for all other countries. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Standard post can take up to 7 weeks for some customers outside of Europe.
